United Guarding Services is able to offer this service, 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. So, if at any of your premises with an alarm system (intruder, fire, lift or environmental) requiring attendance in the event of an activation, whether commercial or domestic, this is the service for you.
Alarm response
Alarms have a tendency to activate at the most inconvenient times, whether through faulty equipment or genuine incident. If attendance is required, whether it is you, one of your team, a neighbour or a relative, it could involve you or them in something that is very time consuming and frustrating, especially if it is a false alarm.
Attendance at premises
For a nominal annual fee and response charge we will look after the keys and alarm codes for your premises in a secure environment at our Control Centre. And if your alarm does go off, a fully trained, vetted and licensed security supervisor will be dispatched to your premises to investigate. We will then, if necessary, call out specialists to attend and arrange for repair to locks and windows or boarding up.
