Two levels of back-up reinforce the effectiveness of our people on the ground. Our state-of the-art, 24-hour Control Center supplies logistical support for all elements of the business protection plan. And our Supervisory and Management team monitor performance on the ground.

At our control center besides electronically organizing all aspects of manpower, cover and inspections, is the hub of our communications. It is the contact point for the regular checking and reporting that are essential for efficient security and it also serves as the control center for managing any kind of emergency.

As an extension of the Control Center we have a team of Mobile supervisors who have a complete understanding of the workings of a particular set up and make frequent inspections to oversee and guarantee the service on site. Measurement and reporting are key features of the service. New clients receive detailed start-up plans ensuring effective service from day one. Thereafter, we constantly monitor our performance and provide clients with regular evaluation reports to give feedback on the service being provided and any recommendations for change.
