All our staff receive induction training when they first join the company this covers an overview of the business, mission statements, company organisation, company rules, health and safety, equal opportunities and diversity policies, environmental policy, grievance and disciplinary policies. Further training will then be dictated by the employee's role within the organisation.

For security officers prior to deployment at customer's premises they must be in possession of a valid SIA licence for the type of work that they are undertaking and have the appropriate level 2 qualification.

  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Static & Patrol Guarding
  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Events Security
  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Door Supervision
  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Retail Security
  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - Reception Security
  • Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services - CCTV Operation

Once a Security Officer is deployed to a client company they will receive site induction training which is recorded. This training is carried out by an experienced member of staff and is overseen by the manager responsible for the client concerned. During this training the Officer will be given a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, a thorough grounding in emergency procedures including Health and Safety on site and risk assessments.
